Security Architecture & Data Protection Enclave

Effective Date: September 21, 2026Document ID: SEC-OPS-V3-2026System Status: Full Hardened Readiness

1 //Security Philosophy & Commitment

At Angelfire Ops LLC (“Angelfire Ops”), security is not a marketing checkbox—it is core operational infrastructure. As an automated communications and rapid-intake pipeline for contractors, trades, and medical/service operators, our systems ingest inbound calls, deliver high-speed text-backs, and dispatch conversational AI triage in real time.

We employ defense-in-depth principles across our network, application layers, telecommunications routing, and vendor infrastructure to ensure your customer leads, CRM databases, and telephony operations remain uncompromised, isolated, and continuously available.

2 //Encryption Protocols

All communications and data ingested through Angelfire Ops are protected using industry-standard cryptography:

  • Data in Transit: All traffic traveling between end-users, client dashboards, mobile endpoints, and our processing infrastructure is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / TLS 1.2) with modern cipher suites. Insecure HTTP requests are automatically upgraded to HTTPS.
  • Data at Rest: All databases, call audio recordings, transcription logs, and backup repositories are secured using Advanced Encryption Standard with 256-bit keys (AES-256) at the storage volume and database levels.
  • API & Webhook Security: All external data transmissions to third-party CRMs (e.g., Jobber, QuickBooks, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Zapier) utilize encrypted HTTPS webhooks protected by SHA-256 HMAC signature verification and rotating bearer tokens.

3 //Infrastructure & Network Defense

Our server architecture and cloud environments are designed to withstand distributed threats while maintaining sub-second execution speeds:

  • Tier-4 Cloud Infrastructure: Primary hosting and computation environments reside in SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified data centers.
  • Edge Routing & DDoS Mitigation: Inbound web traffic passes through globally distributed edge networks equipped with automated Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and real-time Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) scrubbing centers to neutralize volumetric and application-layer attacks.
  • Network Isolation & Firewalls: Production application environments are segmented within private Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). Direct database access from the public internet is disabled; access is strictly gated through encrypted bastion networks with hardware-authenticated keys.

4 //Telecommunications & Messaging Security (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Automated telephony and short message service (SMS) flows operate under rigorous carrier-grade security standards:

  • Direct Carrier Routing: SMS triggers and voice routing are conducted via licensed telecommunication carrier gateways adhering strictly to Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) and Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC operational standards.
  • Zero Marketing Leakage: Mobile phone numbers, opt-in records, and text-back conversation threads captured through client interceptors are strictly isolated. We never sell, rent, or cross-pollinate mobile numbers or customer lead data with third parties or external marketing networks.
  • Spam & Flooding Prevention: Our inbound telephony gateways include automated rate-limiting and algorithmic pattern detection to filter robocalls, denial-of-service telephone attacks, and malicious SMS flooding before they hit your staff or your CRM.

5 //AI Isolation & Conversation Privacy (Gabriel AI)

The Gabriel AI engine and automated virtual receptionist layers are engineered with strict data segregation:

  • No Public Model Training: Customer dialogues, pricing queries, voicemail transcripts, and job details processed by Gabriel AI are never utilized to train public, multi-tenant foundational AI models.
  • Contextual Sandboxing: Client knowledge bases (service pricing, dispatch schedules, custom prompts) are housed within isolated tenant environments to prevent cross-account data leakage or prompt-injection manipulation.
  • Automated Data Sanitization: Inbound chat and transcript data are systematically monitored for unnecessary high-risk identifiers (e.g., credit card numbers, social security numbers) to mitigate accidental exposure.

6 //Access Control & Operational Governance

We enforce strict operational safeguards across our internal team and infrastructure management:

  • Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP): Angelfire Ops personnel are granted access to production infrastructure strictly on a verified, role-based need-to-know basis.
  • Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Multi-Factor Authentication via hardware security keys or authenticator apps (TOTP) is enforced across 100% of internal accounts, administrative consoles, and code repositories. SMS-based 2FA is prohibited for internal systems.
  • Audit Trails & Immutable Logging: All administrative interactions, infrastructure updates, and access logs are recorded to append-only, tamper-resistant logging streams monitored for anomalous behavior.

7 //High Availability, Redundancy & Disaster Recovery

Because field contractors and emergency services rely on uninterrupted call capture, Angelfire Ops maintains high operational resilience:

  • Continuous Automated Backups: Database states and system snapshots are backed up continuously with multi-region geographic replication to prevent single-point-of-failure data loss.
  • Fault-Tolerant Failover: Telephony pathways and missed-call triggers incorporate redundant carrier backbones. If an upstream carrier node degrades, calls and SMS queues are automatically rerouted through secondary carrier nodes within milliseconds.
  • 99.9% Uptime Target: Core infrastructure components are continuously monitored by automated health check probes pinging services every 30 seconds.

8 //Third-Party Vendor & Sub-Processor Management

Angelfire Ops engages only vetted, industry-leading sub-processors and technical vendors (e.g., cloud hosting networks, certified telecommunication backbones, and enterprise CRM engines). Every vendor is subjected to security reviews and must contractually commit to strict confidentiality, data protection agreements (DPAs), and continuous regulatory compliance.

9 //Vulnerability Disclosure & Incident Response

We actively invite responsible security researchers and partners to audit and report potential vulnerabilities:

  • Rapid Triage Protocol: In the event of an anomalous security event or report, our engineering team initiates a standardized incident containment and forensic audit within two (2) hours of notification.
  • Coordinated Disclosure: If you discover a security vulnerability or anomalous behavior within any Angelfire Ops domain, platform, or API endpoint, please report it immediately to our security desk:
Direct Security Contact: security@angelfireops.com

Please include detailed reproduction steps, target endpoints, and technical payload details. We commit to acknowledging receipt within 24 hours and addressing verified issues with priority deployment.
