Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 21, 2026Last Updated: September 21, 2026

1 //Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (these “Terms” or this “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), and Angelfire Ops LLC (“Angelfire Ops,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of angelfireops.com, associated client portals, digital infrastructure, telecommunication integrations, automated messaging software, artificial intelligence models, and related technical services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing the Platform, purchasing a subscription tier, executing an onboarding order, or deploying any Angelfire Ops infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2 //Description of Services & Operational Scope

Angelfire Ops provides high-velocity customer lead recovery, automated messaging, and conversion infrastructure engineered for trade contractors, field services, healthcare practices, and local small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). Services encompass:

  • High-performance web architecture, hosting, and local search schema deployment;
  • Automated missed-call short message service (SMS) and email response interceptors;
  • Artificial intelligence conversational receptionists and triage engines (including “Gabriel AI”) operating across SMS, web chat, and voice telephony;
  • Autonomous post-service review generation and reputation management software;
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) workflows, pipeline integrations, and third-party webhook connections.

3 //Telephony, SMS Messaging & Carrier Regulations (A2P 10DLC / TCPA)

Because the Services utilize automated telecommunications workflows, Client agrees to strict compliance with federal, state, and telecommunication carrier regulations:

  • TCPA and Telemarketing Compliance: Client certifies and warrants that all telephone numbers, customer contact records, and prospective leads uploaded to or ingested by the Platform have been lawfully collected in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and relevant state laws.
  • Carrier Registration (A2P 10DLC): Client acknowledges that sending commercial or automated SMS messages requires carrier brand and campaign registration under Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC frameworks. Client agrees to provide accurate corporate registration details and warrants that outbound text messaging practices will adhere to CTIA guidelines. Angelfire Ops is not liable for carrier-level message filtering, delays, suspensions, or delivery failures resulting from carrier throughput caps or regulatory non-compliance by Client.
  • Mandatory Opt-Out Mechanics: All automated messaging campaigns configured via the Platform must honor automated opt-out keywords (e.g., STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE). Client shall not bypass, disable, or tamper with automated opt-out mechanisms.
  • Message & Data Rate Disclosures: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. End-users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
  • Age Requirement (18+): Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) may opt in to receive SMS messages through the Platform. Client shall not knowingly collect mobile opt-in consent from minors.

For full details on how mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected, retained, and protected, please review our Privacy Policy.

4 //Call Recording and One-Party / Two-Party Consent

Certain features of the Platform provide call tracking, inbound call routing, voicemail ingestion, and call audio recording:

  • Legal Consent Obligations: Multiple U.S. states and international jurisdictions require the consent of all parties on a telephone call prior to recording (“two-party” or “all-party” consent jurisdictions).
  • Client Representation and Warranty: Client explicitly warrants that it is solely responsible for determining the recording laws applicable to its operating territory. Client agrees to configure and maintain proper call-recording disclosure prompts (e.g., “This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes”) where required by law.
  • Indemnification for Unlawful Recording: Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angelfire Ops against any fines, regulatory actions, statutory claims, or third-party lawsuits arising from unauthorized or non-consensual call recordings initiated through Client’s phone lines.

5 //Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Agents

Platform features incorporating artificial intelligence—including the Gabriel AI conversational receptionist—utilize natural language processing, machine learning heuristics, and probabilistic language models:

  • Informational Nature of AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs, automated text dialogues, and triage responses are provided for convenience and workflow efficiency. While engineered for high contextual accuracy, AI models can produce unexpected outputs or interpretations.
  • No Professional Licensure: Angelfire Ops AI receptionists do not provide licensed medical, legal, structural, or engineering advice. Client remains solely responsible for reviewing and supervising the accuracy of pricing, scope of work, and commitments delivered through automated systems to its end-customers.
  • Supervision: Client agrees to periodically review conversation logs, dispatch notifications, and calendar bookings generated by the AI to maintain operational standards.

6 //Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Subscription Tiers: Access to the Platform is billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis (“The Operator,” “The Vanguard,” “Apex Dominance,” or custom service orders). Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 7.
  • Setup and Onboarding Fees: One-time setup, onboarding, or technical provisioning fees are non-refundable once technical deployment has commenced.
  • Usage Fees & Telephony Costs: Depending on the tier selected, telephony usage (e.g., per-minute call charges, incoming/outgoing SMS fees, carrier pass-through fees, A2P 10DLC registration fees) may be billed separately as incurred or deducted from a pre-funded usage wallet.
  • Payment Processing: Client authorizes Angelfire Ops (or its authorized third-party payment processors) to charge the designated payment method for all recurring subscription fees, setup fees, and usage charges. Unpaid balances exceeding seven (7) calendar days past due may result in immediate suspension of telephony routing and web hosting.

7 //Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Client may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through the client portal or by providing written notice to billing@angelfireops.com at least seven (7) business days prior to the next billing renewal date. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current, paid-up billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.
  • Suspension or Termination by Angelfire Ops: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Client’s access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event of: (i) a material breach of these Terms; (ii) spamming, sending abusive or prohibited SMS content, or violating CTIA/carrier acceptable use policies; (iii) non-payment of subscription or carrier fees; or (iv) conduct harmful to other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

8 //Intellectual Property & License Rights

  • Platform Intellectual Property: Angelfire Ops retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including proprietary code, automation sequences, AI prompt architectures, algorithms, visual layouts, and branding. No ownership rights are transferred to Client.
  • Client Data & Content: Client retains all ownership rights in and to all logos, business names, customer contact records, proprietary pricing sheets, and multimedia assets uploaded to the Platform (“Client Content”). Client grants Angelfire Ops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, host, and transmit Client Content solely as necessary to operate, deliver, and maintain the Services.

9 //Warranties & Disclaimers

ANGELFIRE OPS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY CLIENT TO ANGELFIRE OPS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11 //Indemnification

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angelfire Ops, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) Client’s breach of these Terms; (ii) violations of applicable consumer protection, privacy, TCPA, or call-recording laws; (iii) any Client Content uploaded or distributed through the Services; or (iv) disputes between Client and any of its end-customers or prospective leads.

12 //Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. YOU AND ANGELFIRE OPS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14 //Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, the revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued access to or use of our Services following such publication constitutes your express consent to the revised Terms.
